An advanced active throttle system adjusts engine speed to produce only the power needed for the load being demanded of the generator, creating incredible fuel efficiency with up to 18 hours of run time at 25% load on full tank of gas (fuel tank size is 3.4 gallons). Because the engine is not constantly running at full speed, operation noise can be as low as 52 decibels.
